All of our orders are made by hand in San Francisco and at times, made to order. Most orders are out the door within 2-5 business days from our SF studio. Items shipped via Standard Shipping usually arrive within 4-10 business days to most US destinations. Tracking information will be emailed to you once the order has shipped.

Priority Mail upgrade options are also available during checkout, and generally arrive within 3-5 days of shipment.
Shapes & Colors ships worldwide! Please email email@example.com with any overseas shipping questions/concerns. International customers are responsible for all customs duties and fees. International shipments are sent via FedEx or UPS and total freight charges will be determined at checkout.
We accept credit card payments through our secure shopping cart and through Paypal.
Orders being shipped to addresses within California are charged 8.5% sales tax.
Returns + Exchanges
We will be happy to make an exchange or refund your credit card for any non-sale purchase that you are not 100% satisfied with, less shipping charges, within 7 days from the arrival date of your package. If you would like to exchange or return items please ensure the item(s) returned are in unused, perfect condition.
Please contact us before you return at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide you with a return authorization. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to issue a refund for items that are damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. Upon return we will contact you with exchange information or a refund.
